great service, fast, no hassle and no up selling . great candy and soda machine

I took my truck in for an oil change and the price I paid was almost double what was listed on his "menu". Granted my truck took an extra quart of oil, however when I brought up the fact that the price was surprised me Pat told me I should take my truck to jiffy lube or do it myself next time. Very rude experience

These guys are the best! The are honest, highly skilled, and dependable. If you take your car to them they tell you exactly what is wrong and do not build in a lot of extra add-in "service" to pad the bill, or try to up-sell you with a bunch of things you do not need. They do not low-ball you on an estimate only to hit you with a surprise higher cost after the work is done. Their prices are very competitive, but the main thing is that they fix it right just like they said they would. They have fixed large and small things on my cars for a number of years now, and I recommend them to everyone I know that needs a good, honest mechanic. Simply the best!

Fast service, fair prices, quality work. The owner ("Pat") is very nice + professional. They don't care about style (the place is ugly), but they care alot about substance (fixing it right the 1st time, not ripping you off, & gently telling you the truth -- good + bad). This is the kind of small/local/independent business you've been wanting to give your hard-earned $ to. If you've desperately wanted an antidote to Dobbs/Firestone/NTB/etc., Precision is it. If you just "judge a book by its cover", though, you'll miss out on saving $.

My sons car broke down right next to their shop (St. Peters) in the Bank of America parking lot. There was only a curb and patch of grass separating the bank and Precision Auto (St. Peters). I went to pick my son up and notice that the Precision shop was right there so I called them and ask if they could step over and see what was wrong with the car because it had been driving fine all day and just stop running when my son went in the bank. They told me I would have to have it towed to them. I informed them that I was right on the other side of their building and that I would even pay them. Only a patch of grass and a curb was how close we were , but they told me sorry you still have to get it towed. WOW what a way to get new business. Ending up having someone come help and found out that it was just a dead battery. Only took 5 mins. I guess they don't need any new business. They will defiantly not get any from my family or friends.
