I took my car in to have a diagnosis ran to tell me all the problems with the car and when I got it back they said it would need a bigger battery, oil pan seal, oil pan drain plug, catalytic converter, and an 02 sensor. When I was driving home from their shop I got about half way home (about 5 miles if that) and noticed my temperature gauge was buried in the red, when I confronted them about this and asked for my money back from the diagnosis because I had to have my car towed home they said that they ran a pressure check on it and topped it off. I have a hard time believing they did that since after my car got home I topped off the coolant and drove for 20 minutes and it didn't over heat. After telling them that and asking for at least compensation for what it would've cost me to tow it to my house ($50) the owner tossed $40 at me and said here's 40 are we good? Well no were not good I was lied to and my car was not given the work I paid for so in conclusion I hope none of you make the same mistake I did and take your car to jc car care south I'm sure there are some good people there but not the ones I had to deal with today.

Very honest shop. I came to them to get a second opinion about a service I received from another shop I go to. They went out of their way to check every possible angle of the problem and the diagnosis was pretty smart, I'm impressed. Also, the shop had a full bay and I was sure that they had other service that was of higher priority. Most importantly, they did not rake me over the coals on the bill or push an expensive service.
Loved this place! They had me in and out in 20 minutes for an inspection. Great staff everyone was friendly!
