The inspectors don’t know what they’re talking about. If you take your car there they WILL fail it and try to get into your pockets. I do NOT recommend this place.

We have 4 drivers in our family and we all go here . They are quick to get our car in and out. I've never been pushed to have more done to my car than needed. The owner treats us like family and seems to be honest and trustworthy. I've never felt patronized because I'm a woman like I have at other shops and they treat my teenage kids who bring their car in like they were their own. Thanks Meineke!

Oh, also they had almost no customers when i arrived. They took me in immediately for my inspection. It took 1 hour to inspect and then they told me it failed. After that, i watched the technician walk inside and grab some food from the refrigerator. I say and waited ANOTHER 1/2 hour for them to put my car on the ground.
Could rate better but it depends on what day you go there. Ran more like a personal franchise chain with one skilled mechanic bouncing around. At least that's how the technician that spent three hours not diagnosing my vehicle explained it as he confessed he didn't know what to do but explained the aforementioned. Although he didn't charge me I must say was the only good/surreal part of my experience and made me wonder what he did for three hours. It wasn't other car's because he was mopping the floor when I picked my car up. Also was promised he would call me back when he got in contact with said mechanic never heard back. Ending up going elsewhere and got results, I've had fine experiences before but like I mentioned it depends on the day but still shady.
Waste of time waste of money. Go elsewhere.
I brought a car there for a safety inspection and was told that it failed for an exhaust leak. I took it home and fixed the leak and brought it back but was told it was still leaking. It was absolutely silent and leak free. The genius working there insisted i welded a slip fit exhaust which is moronic. I told them to give me my car back and i drove it to another shop and it passed the inspection with flying colors.
My dad has previously brought his truck there for inspection and they told him he needed a muffler. His muffler was completely fine except for the heat shield was rattling. Unfortunately he paid them to fix it.
