Please don't use this store. I went there to facilitate my switch from AT&T to Sprint and everything was handled wrong. My plan was misquoted, I did not qualify for the discounts they told me I could get, and the purchase of my AT&T phones was not processed correctly so I don't have the buy-back option from Sprint. I have a bill from AT&T for $688 that Sprint can't pay, because the store improperly handled the sale. Representatives from Sprint's corporate office tried to call the store to assist me, and the store just hung up on them. I don't blame Sprint for my issues, as everyone I have called from the actual Sprint office has been very helpful. All of my problems originate from the store and I have spent countless hours (and money) trying to resolve them. Please save yourself a lot of time and just do everything online or over the phone with the corporate offices.
