Erin cut my hair today, it was a completely different cut that might make some stylists nervous. I am a 40 year old woman and wanted an "edgy" cut........most salons I go to give me the same zzzzzzzzz cut. OMG Erin took the time and looked at photos I had and what she thought would look best. Better cut than I have gotten at very pricey salons!!!!!!
I thought my stylist and I had a clear understanding of how I would like my hair to be. Instead the finishing product was choppy, not all of the dye was in the right spots. I had blonde in my hair with, "Avenger's" red. Not what I asked for AT ALL. And to make it clear I wanted a blend of reds. I CONTINUOSLY said I wanted to make it look natural and instead I had a 90's striped-like design in my hair. I live forty minutes away from this salon. I had made an exception driving all the way there. She had already blow dried and straightened my hair. So of course I don't want to do any more damage to my hair that day! I left passively thinking I could deal with it. And another sign I should've refused the service is when I get to the checkout and found that it was $165.00! for something I could've messed up with at home! I had contacted the district manager which I preceded to play phone tag with FOR TWO WEEKS! Everytime I had called she was out of the office and when I got her direct line it went to voice-mail and I left two messages never getting a phone call back. I then had to make the inconvenience to drive back to the Mid Rivers location. The manager there was consenting until I had refused to sit down in her chair for her to fix it. She then was distant, uncompliant with her body language, and honestly continued to give an attitude with her facial expressions. When it came time for her to give the refund an extremely understanding, blonde lady said she usually gives cash back which the manager replied with a snarky,"We don't have enough money." I understand that if someone can't afford such business, maybe I shouldn't walk in to a salon so expensive. But everyone attempts to make their lives feel a little more beautiful. And this whole situation has,week after week,ruined me financially. I cannot catch up on ANYTHING because these certain people have refused to give me a proper refund within the proper amount of time.
Went in to get a very simple haircut and came out with the back all choppy. She had an awful attitude and the most awful shampoo I have ever had. I'm so glad that i spent 20 dollars on a crappy haircut just so you could make it to your Arby's job. Never going bac again.
Terrible experience! Went to the salon to color my hair, roots only because I had gray hair. The manager of the salon Alicia or Alisia decided to put very light color at the roots and darker one for the rest of the hair. I explained to her that I only need the roots done but at the end I went with what she says thinking she knows what she's doing. My hair color came out bad, shiny light brown at the top and darker for the rest of the hair. Not only she messed up, she started raising her voice and blaming me for the mess that she created. The lady who was applying the color was nice, the problem was with Alicia who was giving her wrong instructions. She instructed her again to apply another color to fix the problem, I spent 3 hours in the salon, wasted a full day, was shocked with the manager's behavior in front of other clients. After leaving the salon, I called and spoke to Alisia again to be fair before I leave this review. Alicia told me that she doesn't care and that she knew I was gonna leave a nasty review and this is why she informed her management and the customer service people! I wrote to customer service and did not get a response, seems the whole company is this way not only Alicia! I am not sure how you are surviving in this business with this terrible customer service!
