This place is terrible!!!! I called to make a appointment they say they don't do that said be 40min wait. So left the house went up there 15m drive to go in and be told to wait another 40m. Went with wife and kids family day. Said it would be about a hr to do her hair. Then suggested that the kids weren't welcome there having 2 parents around and never going outside.
Everyone would just be better off to go to a real salon. To get a better vibe and more respect as a paying customer.
I always go here to get my hair cut. No problem!
The crackhead clearly on drugs or alcohol christa implied that it wasn't a daycare.
It's been 15 years since I've gotten my haircut here and this time I was very impressed. The hairdresser upsold me on a bit of a fancier cut for curly hair for only like 8 more dollars so it wasn't too bad. And she was SO EXCITED to cut it. I've never had someone feel so happy and confident about my cut. I only came to FS because my usual haircut place was closed and I'm kind of happy it worked out that way.
This morning I got a haircut and my eyebrows done from Cassie and she is absolutely wonderful. I can't get over how well she did the cut from a picture I had shown her. Very sweet and friendly staff and the pricing was way better than expected. They will see me again :)
This place absolutely sucks
I had been going here for 5 years. I won't be back due to the treatment I received there a few months ago. The turnover rate is ridiculous. I had 2 favorite stylists, both left. Now when you go, it seems no one cares to know your name and they care more about talking to each other. The last visit, I asked for her to blow it dry. It looked ok. I was shocked when told how much my bill was. The girl charged me for a blow dry and style. I didn't know she was styling my hair! Luckily when I complained the manager happened to be there and took the styling charge off. But had she not been there, who knows with the outcome would be.
So I guess not kid friendly either
