Not sure why it’s so hard to find a car wash here that doesn’t use the “beat the car to death” spinning strips that just grind dirt across your vehicle.
I also asked if they could hose out the bed of my truck...I was told they don’t have a hose.....at a car wash.....
Not too mention having the girl at the payment booth tell me 5 times how hard it is to get a bike rack off....it’s not. It took me less than a minute.
As I read the reviews I'm glad I didn't go through, as I do not have an hour to wait, heck I could wash and clean my own car less than that time and I am not paying that kind of money for a regular full service car wash.
And you can beat the prices... $25 for full wash and interior on an oversized vehicle where I live.
I get 'The Works' whenever I go. They do a great job and there usually isn't a long wait. Nice indoor/outdoor waiting area with convient shop.
They do a decent job. I won't use them because they have brushes. If a really dirty vehicle goes in before you and that grit stays on the brushes. If your not really particular about your paint and don't mind swirl marks then it's fine.
I went here for the first time since we are new to the area. Their prices are deceiving. A full service which to me is wash, dry, vacuum clean windows inside and out, and wipe down dashboard was going to be around $34.00, that was including extra to vacuum my small SUV cargo area. Sorry but no thanks, I pulled out of line and Googled where the nearest Waterway (where I normally go) was and drove there, paid $20.00 and my car was beautiful inside and out!!
Green lantern use to be a high class car wash. Over the years and transfer of staff and management, they no longer have the quality they use to. My car was severely scratched the last time i went through, yet the manager at the time did everything he could to fix the situation. No longer do they care about keeping long lasting customers. I refuse to go again, and i urge you also to join me in refusing their service.
