Great car wash, get free air freshener with each wash, when attendant on site.
I used a card to pay, and when I swiped it again to stop the timer (like the instructions said) the button lit up next to the note saying "timer will stop when minimum time is met" - which was at about 12 minutes. I had no way of knowing what the minimum was. Total cost was $15 for 12 minutes of wash which included lather time when I wasn't using the water at all - the same price it would cost at one of the many self-serve washes in the area that offer unlimited wash time.
Can't get better than this on a touchless wash. Attendant gave me a free air freshener too.
Overall, good in a pinch, but could definitely use some improvements.
A few things I was not so happy about - the water came out in a hard stream, not a spray, so I had to hold the nozzle close to my dog to not hit him with a hard stream of water. This also made it time consuming to rinse his fur. It took a little while to warm up, but came out at a good temperature. I liked the option for multiple soaps and conditioners, although a number of them were "X"ed out and unavailable. There was also no way to pause the timer while I lathered the soap into my dog's fur - not that I could figure out, anyway, so I was paying for rinse time when I wasn't using it.
The dog wash is especially convenient!

I decided to try the dog wash because my 120lbs Golden Retriever was needing a bath. We are no stranger to self-serve dog washes, and this one is super close to home and very convenient. The dog wash room was very large and clean. I liked that they had the instructions for the wash right on the tub so I could read them over while attending to my dog. They had a ramp available, as well as a dryer hose, and lots of hooks to hang towels/leashes/ect.
