I went for a meeting about a future Green Way. I walked around after. There is a sports history room and the barn has like hunting and fishing history. There are interactive displays in the hunting and fishing section. Their biggest thing was a hunting simulation. I saw a man digitally shooting a gun at wild bore. The screen with the wild bore was like as big as a small movie theater screen.
Went to a birthday party here very neat place.
Great museum, st charles parks have created another gem.
Fine little museum with interesting interactive aspects! Had an interesting time and the guide was great too!
There was a touch screen were you can learn about a variety of Missouri fish. If you click a fish you get a bunch of information about it.
Wonder young volunteer named John showed us around, explained the exhibits, which were very interesting and helped my grandson shoot a rifle on their video set up which is remarkable and very fun-AND free. Such a great example of our young respectable andd safety conscience hunters -good job St. Charles County Parks!
I guess the Katy Trail will soon be linked to the park where this museum is located.
