We had a bad time at a movie and left halfway through, the other people watching were loud and obnoxious and we couldn't enjoy ourselves. We told the customer service employee and she was very understanding and offered us a refund.
Very bad experience long line up with only one person selling tickets. After waiting in line for 20 minutes. The manager started selling tickets starting from the back of the line at her desk to people that just got there. When we complained along with other people she said she was taking care of the game section. There was only a couple of people when we looked. She should have gone to the ticket counter so people waiting in line so long could go first. We got there early but the wait in line almost missed the beginning of the movie.and some people did depending on what movie. She was not very polite and had an attitude.
We've been going to this theatre for years and never had a problem before this but they handled it extremely well and we'll keep coming back for years.
Went on a Saturday night. Very sketchy place to be. Would recommend steering clear but the service was good.
This has been a great theater not only for myself but all of our Residents at the Nursing Home. They really care about the folks who come and attend the movies. Keep up the great work.
I’ve been going there for so long and I still enjoy and love watching movies there.
