Patty is amazing!!! i went in with my husband to get a free necklace i received a post card for and walked out with a watch for my husband and even added an enhancer to my wedding ring! she was so friendly, knowledgeable and really made us feel welcomed and special! We will be customers for life because of her!!
As a long time customer, I'm really disappointed in how this store is becoming. I dropped off my rings for some repairs, they were busy so I waited. Once one of the associates was free she decided to talk to her friends over the counter instead of helping a customer. I went back to get my rings a couple days before they were due back because I was in the area and the lady who helped me was super rude. Save yourself some time and frustration... Go somewhere else.
