  I've had Rob as my insurance agent for 11 years with no claims at all. Then, I had a water leak. The guy that helped rip out the wall assured me he'd never seen a claim like mine be denied by insurance, but sure enough, my claim was denied. All I had to go on was a form letter they mailed to us and when I asked for clarification, it took over 2 weeks to tell us that it was not "sudden" enough damage to qualify.

  Rob and his team are phenomenal. They respond quickly with requests for help, are endlessly friendly, and offer very reasonable pricing. I recommend them to everyone.

  My Mom and Dad have been with Rob (American Family) for as long as I can remember and I have been with them most of my adult life. They have an awesome staff and have always taking care of any problems my family or I have had. Prices are have always been fair and reasonable as well. I highly recommend Rob's American Family Insurance!

  I have been a client of Rob's for 25 years. He and his staff are tremendous. They go out of their way to take care of me and make me feel very special. There is more to insurance than just "how much my premium is". Rob actually personally went to my grandmothers to help when a tornado hit her house in Marlyland Heights a couple of years ago! Great office and I recommend them to all my friends...
