Great service good pricing

I had lost my phone and had great difficulty recovering my data from my old phone. Jeff Topps did a fantastic job helping me to start up a replacement phone and restoring my data. I had worked with Sprint on the phone, the Apple Store and 1-800-Aple - Care. I received help from the others, but Jeff receives 5 stars!!! He gave me his time, patience and knowledge! THANK YOU, JEFF!!!

Once the bill came in (wrong & much higher than I was quoted) and I questioned it, I was told it could take a billing cycle or I could call corporate to address the issue. They probably didn't expect me to do that and I was first told that the promotion offered had expired in January of 2017. Corporate was somewhat helpful in honoring the discount I signed up for BUT was told I'd have to wait 2-3 billing cycles to see the discount. Absolutely not cool! You are selling a product and not delivering. Super slimey.

I would never use this authorized Sprint retailer. They bait and switched us when we switched over from Verizon wireless and come to find out we were lied to the whole time. Our bill was $50 higher than he promised and now they refuse to do anything. Sprint cannot do anything about it since they're an authorized retailer. Avoid them at all costs. Visit the real Sprint store in Cave Springs.

Guys were very nice and "helpful". I upgraded due to a "discount" being offered and their "helpful" calculator to weigh my options. I, unfortunately, bought into the sales hype and was sold on upgrading 3 phones to the IOS7 with the pitch that it would be 50% off each line for upgrading PLUS I was sold into an unlimited plan - which, as you would guess, would be cheaper. Without this review being a couple pages long; it's a whole lot of good talk, a lot of figures on a calculator and "bam" they have a better solution to your problems and numbers that won't actually work with your plan.

Horrible follow up and customer service but Jason B. and manager Andrew. No follow up and they do not return phone calls. You have to hunt them down.... Poor customer.service.

That's not how customer service should work nor an affiliate operate. Thanks but no thanks...maybe I'll find a buyout.
