Have had a few customer service issues in the money center. I have a wrist injury and the man questioned my signature with three forms of identification. Went to different location and had no problem. Retail wise usually have no issues getting in and out quickly
Wes is the manager and his staff is excellent on customer service. I've never k own the name of the manager. He is out in his store, mentoring employees, taking care of budiness, greeting customers. Half the reason I go to this store is Wes.
This is one of the nicer Walmart. Very well organized and the staff is fairly Pleasant and willing to help. Lines typically move quickly as they usually have an ample amount of cashier's to help check out and alleviate the wait process.
Return desk employees badgered me for returning items often. Tracy, I believe, was depromoted at least temporariliy for getting behind a cash register while I was checking out, and scolding me in front of the cashier and a customer. Linda was a pain in the neck to deal with at times. I don't believe she's working there any longer. I've had no problems with returns in any other Walmart across the country, except the St Peters ones. The good news is that management seems to have coached their return desk employees on how to interact with customers better and return transactions go smoothly for me now. I think it's a fine store, other than the problems I've had in the past at customer service. It's not far from my home and usually well-stocked with what I'm looking for.
I was checking out at this location in the self checkout area and after finishing checking out a clerk comes over to me and asks to see my receipt because she thought I was stealing items in my cart. I had just as many items in my cart as others around me and none of them had their receipts checked. I don’t know what kind of protocol this location has but I feel personally targeted. I have never been this upset and embarrassed in my life. Never going back to this location.
