I wouldn't recommend these salesmen with dentist credentials behind there name to anyone. This place charges you to do absolutely nothing. Bills insurance and has out of pocket expenses all to tell you we won't be providing you with the basic service of cleaning your teeth but we do have this plan for you and it's gonna cost you 6000 would you like to take out a loan. Its complete b.s. I received a second opinion got the work done that was necessary for my dental health and did not have to take out a loan to do it either.
Horrible customer service; deceptive billing process; unfamiliar with American Dental Association recommendations; questionable procedures and results (e.g., if you mistakenly mark that you have a condition on their intake form, they will find that condition -- even if you may not actually have it). Worst ever customer experience at a dental/medical office (which aren't paradigms of great customer service anyway). Now I have to pay again to go to a more capable and responsive dentist.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It has very deceptive billing practices . They immediately upon checking in for routine cleaning tried to give us a bill for fluoride and oral cancer treatment. When we declined saying that we've never been changed for anything on a routine visit before since we both carry dental insurance and have duel coverage they tried to use scare tactics to get us to pay for the services. They didn't even do the routine cleaning on my husband telling him he had gum disease and he need to have several treatments costing close to a thousand dollars that even though he was covered by two dental insurance policies. Now we were new to this place because we just moved here but we have been seeing the dentist every six months for years and no one has ever said he had any indication of any dental problems. My husband was furious went to get second opinion and sure enough they saw no indication of gum disease or any dental problems. I would recommend Cottleville Dental on Weiss they were great nothing like this place.

The service here is impeccable. The assistants are always super nice and welcoming. Before coming here I always dreaded going to the dentist but now it's actually enjoyable (as going to a dentist can be). They always explain everything in words I can actually understand and take time to talk to me about what they are doing. I will always go there for check-ups and any dental needs!
