I bought my car from another dealership in the same network because they had a better price and is only 5 minutes from my work which would make service appointments easier. When I told the salesman from this location I had already made a purchase he sent me a text message to my phone in an attempt to guilt trip me and challenged my personal integrity. Other than that he did provide good service, I would have recommended this dealerships were it not for his closing remarks.

Overpriced labor and parts and it's the only dealership I know that charges a service fee for each item they look at.

Amazing service department! Junior took the time out to show me all kinds of tips and tricks on my Tiguan! The waiting area was very comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly. I found out more information about my car here then I did at the dealership it was purchased at.
I called this dealership to secure information from the leasing department to finalize insurance for one of our customers. They were busy so I received voice messaging. I left a message and when my call was returned I was told they normally don't return calls of this type as if they were doing me a favor. Not exactly service with a smile. One thing it told me was were not to go if I lease a vehicle!
Anyone else notice they do not respond to reviews u less they are five stars? If you don't like their service they make no attempt to fix the issue.
Service techs are rude as are the advisors.
