They have an extensive book collection and the customer service was excellent. I was met within the first minute or so of my visit with someone who was willing to help me with anything I needed.

I always love walking into Barnes and Noble. They not only have a great selection of books, but they also carry fun puzzles and small gifts. And they even have an attached coffee shop inside, so you can read your new book while sipping a delicious drink.
Decent selection of books. If they don't have something available they make ordering it to the store or your home pretty easy. It's also a low pressure environment which is good, you have employees walking around making it easy to ask questions but no one is pressuring you or constantly coming up to you. I've come in, bought a book, and drank a coffee for 2+ hours and was never bothered.
