Bought 2 bicycles from there. Lady who helped us was very friendly and smart and helped us choose the perfect bikes and accessories. We love them and couldn't have gotten a better fit for us. After we chose our bikes and accessories, we went and shopped at the mall while we waited for them to get everything installed and the bikes checked over before we took them with us. Within an hour we were all set. Thanks guys!
We ordered a bike from them. We were told it would be in and ready to go. However, it wasn't ready and in fact was going to be several days later. So knowing we had a trip and needed a bike they pulled out a brand new bike that is a newer model and told me to take it, no questions asked! Phenomenal customer service! These guys rock!
